OUR STORY
Founded in 2008, PD-Fitness Gym started with a simple mission: to create a welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels could achieve their health goals.
What began as a small local gym has grown into a premier fitness destination, helping thousands of members transform their lives through exercise, nutrition guidance, and community support.
Our founder, Jack Thompson, a former Olympic athlete, established PD-Fitness with a vision to bring professional-level training to everyone. Today, that vision continues to drive everything we do.
